EuroSports
These guys are too cool.  The offical Shuze vehicle (a Vespa!) comes from Eurosports on Route 309 in Coopersburg.  Bill, Bob, Chris and the entire group love what they ride and what they do.  Check out their speedy rides of Triumph, Vespa, Ducati, Aprilia and more.  Their service guys are top shelf as well.  They do an amazing job!  So watch for the Shuze Vespa with Jen roaming the streets of Bethlehem.  Watch for some cool Vespa displays as well at both stores.  Check them out yourself at http://www.eurosports.net/default.asp
 
 
 
 
Starfish Brasserie
Starfish: A secret treasure of downtown Bethlehem!   Kris and his staff serve up some outstanding meals. Starfish is an eco-friendly sustainable Farm2Table Restaurant establishment. Starfish buys, prepares and serves only the freshest Sustainable Fish and Seafood, as well as the Freshest Local Organically Farmed and Raised Ingredients. One of our favorite spots is the Star Bar!  It's a great placed to sit and enjoy the casual and very chilled atmosphere.  The apps?  Perfect!  As for drinks, they have a full menu to choose from.  Our favorites are the white martini with Saint Germaine and the very smooth Japanese wheat beer (with an owl on the bottle) They also have some wonderful entertainment!
