Rain!?! ugh
Well as most people said to me all day.."at least it's rain and not snow"!  very true!
The rain seems to really take the excitement out of some people shopping.  It's nice to see the smile come to their faces when they step inside SHUZE.
The big news: we now have guy's SIMPLE shoes.  3 styles so far.  Every guy who has come in with his wife, or girlfriend really got a charge out of the fact we now have something for guys.  more to come...promise!
Don't let the rainy weather get you down...you should see how cool the havaianas, Simple and sanuk flip flops are.  Stop in and we'll treat you to a cup of coffee too!  At the Main street location on the north side of Bethlehem, Wired Cafe is right next store.  I love the sugar free peanut butter latte myself.  The wired cafe has entertainment this Saturday night as well, at 8pm.  Come hear Hannah Graser; you'll love her (as heard on WDIY), enjoy a cup of coffee and get the best pick of the flip flops and spring fashion!  Hey that's what umbrellas are for, right?  Hey, we have those too! :-)

Opening Day
It's late afternoon and I am finally settling in to an "open" store.  The place looks great, but will look even better as more "stuff" arrives!  Jen opened the doors about 11:30 today.  Lusia, one of our Stylistas, and Jen brought more merchandise that was delivered to our southside location.
Today:  Antelope Sandals!  Wow, what a wedge!  I think the few extra inches will make any woman's legs look great, and the wedge is wide enough that the walking support is definitely there.  We have them in brown, black and a high "wrap around above the ankle" grey.
I also put out a shipment of Tolani scarves; very bright and colorful!  I never heard of Tolani before Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller and Jessica Alba started to show them off.  They're very light and perfect for the warmer weather down the road, or they'd be great for a color splash under your winter coat.
Well, the boss (Jen) has a few other jobs for me.  Before I go, thanks to Becca (another Stylista) for saving me from all of my typos, and to Liza (yet another Shuze Stylista) for wanting to join me in this blog space!  Come visit us...tell me what you think of Tolani scarves!  Are they the wrap of the rich and famous...and can you see them making it on the Main Street of Bethlehem!  The next episode:  What's going on at Shuze on the South Side!

February 20

Let's begin
Welcome to what is the first and a first: my blog about Shuze.  Out of the team of this women's boutique in Bethlehem, PA...I am the only male.  So, I'll give you a "man's eye view" of all that is the fashion scene that this store and vision of Jennifer Mann creates.
I think this will be a lot of fun.  I promise I won't be (too) harsh on any of the fashion, the team, the customers! ;-p
I hope you'll enjoy this as much as me.  We opening next week and are located at 520 Main Street in downtown Bethlehem, PA.  We're attached to Wired Cafe.  Larry, Virginia and their team are very fun people...and make some great latte!  Try the sugar free peanut butter...it's unique, and you'll want more.
Today was spent working on the lights, some inventory and computer set up.  We also set up the very cool store logo in light.  When you stop in, you'll get to see SHUZE rotating on the ceiling.
